Delivery

We ship every order from our warehouse in Croatia with a courier service.

1. Where we deliver

Croatia and the EU countries you can choose at checkout.

2. Delivery costs

Delivery is free on every order from 49.99 EUR. Every BEEA SKIN device costs more than that, so every device ships free. If an order is below 49.99 EUR, the delivery cost is shown at checkout before you pay. Prices include VAT. There are no customs duties within the EU.

3. Delivery times

• Croatia: 1 to 3 working days.
• Other EU countries: usually 2 to 6 working days, depending on the destination.

Times are counted in working days (Monday to Friday, without public holidays) from the order confirmation. Some islands and remote areas can take longer. Before Christmas we show the last order date for delivery before Christmas.

4. Tracking

Right after ordering you receive an order confirmation, then a shipping email with the tracking number. The courier usually lets you know before the parcel arrives.

5. When the parcel arrives

• The courier delivers to the address you entered.
• Please check the parcel. If it is visibly damaged, note it with the courier or refuse it, and tell us.
• If a parcel does not arrive in the expected time, write to info@beea.hr and we will trace it or send a replacement. A parcel lost or damaged in transit is our responsibility, not yours.

6. Parcels that come back

If a parcel returns to us because it could not be delivered or collected, we contact you and either send it again or refund the order.
