Complaints: in writing to info@beea.hr or by post; we reply within 15 days. Out-of-court resolution: bodies for consumer dispute resolution in Croatia, such as the Mediation Centre of the Croatian Chamber of Economy (hgk.hr/centar-za-mirenje).
